Why did I lose my Charms?
Once your subscription has expired, you will unfortunately no longer be able to enjoy the benefits associated with it. Therefore, any Charms acquired when you subscribed that have not been used will not be carried over to the next period.
How can I increase my Charm balance?
Purchase a new subscription
A subscription gives you access to Messaging and a supply of Charms. You can send them to our members from both the adopte app and our website adopte.app.

Subscribe to a Charm Pack
