How can I get information about my subscription?

You’re looking for information about your adopte subscription.

From our iPhone app

  1. Once logged in, go to the "my profile" page by tapping the button, then the icone_roue.png button
  2. Information about your subscription can be found in the "YOUR SUBSCRIPTION" section.

The information provided includes:

  • The subscription you’ve chosen
  • The expiry date
  • The number of Charms remaining
  • The number of Magic Boosts remaining

From our Android app
