How do I purchase a Charm Pack?

On adopte, charming a member is a simple and effective way to show your interest. If your charm is accepted, you can get in touch and start a conversation.

To increase your supply of Charms from our adopte.app website or from our mobile app, we offer you the option of purchasing one of our Charm Packs. You can choose between:

  • A pack of 60 Charms
  • A pack of 135 Charms
  • A pack of 200 Charms

From our iPhone app

To purchase a Charm Pack, you must have an active subscription. To subscribe, see this article.

To subscribe to a Charm Pack:

  1. Go to the "My Profile" page by tapping the button at the bottom right of your screen
  2. Tap the logo at the top left of your screen
  3. Tap the "Your subscription" section to access the store
  4. Select the desired Charm Pack
  5. Tap the "buy" button and confirm your payment

The purchase is made via Apple's third-party payment platform, and the purchase of a Charm Pack is not subject to automatic renewal.

From our Android app

To purchase a Charm Pack, you must have a current subscription. To subscribe, see this article.

To subscribe to a Charm Pack:

  1. Visit our store by tapping the logo at the bottom right of your screen
  2. Select the desired Charm Pack
  3. Tap the "Buy" button, then the "Buy Now" button

  2. On the "OUR OFFERS" page, select "CHARM PACKS"
  3. Select the offer you want and click on the button below the offers
  4. Select your payment method: Visa, MasterCard or PayPal
  5. Click on the black "pay" button
