On our website, we offer the option of paying in two monthly installments rather than a single payment.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account on adopte.app
- Click on the three dots "
" at the top right of the navigation bar from any page of the site
- Click on "account" in the menu that appears
- Then click on the "DEACTIVATION" section
- Check the box "Cancel the automatic renewal of my subscription," then click on the "YES" button Please note: deactivating your account (by checking the "I am deactivating my account" box) does not cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription.
- The message "The automatic renewal of my subscription has been canceled on xx/xx/xx" will appear, and a confirmation email will be sent to your personal email address.
