You purchased a subscription from our iPhone or Android app, and you are unable to restore your purchase to your account. There are several reasons why this may be happening:
The subscription was purchased through a deleted account
If you subscribed from an account that you have deleted, that subscription cannot be transferred to your new account. This is because a subscription is linked to the original account on which it was purchased, and once that account is deleted, the subscription is permanently lost.
The subscription is linked to another Apple or Google account
Make sure you are logged in with the same Apple or Google Play account that was used for the original purchase. If you are using a different account, the subscription cannot be restored.

If you cannot find your subscription in the list, check that you are logged in with the correct Apple account: click here.
From our Android app
If you can't find your subscription in the list, check that you're signed in with the right Google Play account: click here.
The purchase has been refunded
If you requested a refund, you will not be able to restore it.
