There are several reasons why a subscription may appear to have expired before the expected date. Here are the most common cases:
1. Automatic renewal failed before the expiration date
The attempt to renew a subscription is usually made a few hours before its expiration date. If this attempt fails due to a payment issue (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), the subscription may expire earlier.
2. Confusion with the monthly payment date
For 6-month subscriptions purchased on our website, payment is made in two monthly installments. You may confuse the key dates of your subscription (expiration or renewal date) with the date of the second monthly payment. Please check your subscription details in "My Account," "My Subscription."
3. Problems with purchases via the app
When you take out a subscription via our iPhone or Android apps, payments are managed by Apple or Google Play. There may be a delay between the subscription date recorded by these platforms and the date visible in our systems. If you encounter this type of issue, we recommend that you contact the support team of the store where you made your purchase:
4. Purchasing Charms
You think you purchased a new subscription with a new expiration date. In reality, you probably purchased a Charm Pack. Charms are a separate feature from the subscription. You can verify this information by checking your purchase receipt.
5. Subscription date error
