If you find that your purchase made through the app (Subscription, Charm Pack, Magic Boost Pack) has not been credited correctly, you can restore it from the store of the adopte app.
Restoring purchases does not generate a new transaction; it simply reactivates your previous purchases. No additional charges will be made.

If you made your purchase through the App Store and find that your subscription, Charm Pack, or Magic Boost Pack has not been credited correctly:
- Tap the
button, then the

- Tap the "Your subscription" section
- Tap "Restore my purchases" from our Store

If you made your purchase via Google Play and find that your subscription, Charm Pack, or Magic Boost Pack has not been credited correctly:

Unlike purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, there is no option to restore purchases made on our website.
