You are no longer available to meet others and would like to pause your profile.
There are two ways to do this so that your profile is no longer visible on adopte.
Deactivate your account:
Deactivating your account temporarily hides your adopte profile, allowing you to reactivate it whenever you want and recover all your contacts.
This feature means you don't have to re-register.
Deactivating your account does not pause your subscription, which will remain valid for its duration. If you reactivate your account before your subscription expires, you will be able to continue enjoying it.
Please note: deactivating your account does not cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription. If you wish to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription, please refer to this article.
To reactivate your account, simply enter your login details on the website or app homepage and click on the reactivation link that will be sent to you by email.
Permanently delete your account:
Deleting your account will result in the destruction of your personal data, in accordance with the provisions of Article 17-3 of the European General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, and our Privacy Policy.
This action is final and irreversible.
Please note: if you have an active subscription, you will lose its benefits when you permanently delete your account.
