If you are unable to log in to your adopte account from our iPhone app and see the message "Connection unavailable", it may be because you’re using a VPN.
If you are using a VPN:
If so, we invite you to disable it so that you can log in to your account.
For security reasons, adopte is only available in the country where you registered.
If you are not using a VPN:
To resolve this issue:
- First, make sure cellular data is enabled for our iPhone mobile app
- Go to "Settings" then "Cellular Data"
- Scroll down to the adopte application
- The box must be checked
If the problem persists after this operation, please uninstall and then reinstall the app.
