How do I update the app?

An up-to-date app allows you to benefit from our latest features and enjoy an optimal experience on adopte.

The update can be done directly from your phone's app store (Apple Store or Google Play Store).

From our iPhone app

1. Exit the adopte app and open the App Store app on your phone
2. Access updates:
   • Tap the round icon containing your profile photo in the top right corner
   • Scroll down to the "Available Updates" section
3. Update the app:
   • If adopte appears in the list, tap "Update"
   • If the app is not listed, it is already up to date

Tip: You can also search for adopte in the App Store search bar. If the "Update" button appears instead of "Open," you can update the app.

From our Android app

1. Exit the adopte app and open the Play Store app on your phone
2. Access updates:
   • Tap the round icon with your profile photo in the top right corner
   • Select the "Manage apps and device" link
   • Tap the "Available updates" section
3. Update the app:
   • If adopte appears in the list, tap "Update."
   • If the app is not listed, it is already up to date

Tip: You can also search for adopte in the Play Store search bar. If the "Update" button appears instead of "Open," you can update the app.
