If you are unable to log in to your adopte account from our Android app and the message "Connection unavailable" appears, you may be using a VPN.
If you are using a VPN:
If this is the case, we invite you to disable it so that you can log in to your account.
For security reasons, adopte is only available in the country where you registered.
If you are not using a VPN:
To resolve this issue:
- First, we invite you to uninstall the app
- From the Google Play Store, download the adopte app again
- After launching the app, tap "Forgot password"
- Once your password has been reset, log back in
