The procedure for canceling your adopte subscription depends on the platform you initially used to subscribe. After canceling the automatic renewal of your subscription, it will remain valid until the end of the period you have already paid for.

From our iPhone app
If you subscribed to adopte via our iPhone app, your subscription was purchased through the App Store, a third- party payment platform managed by Apple.
As a result, we cannot confirm whether your subscription has been canceled or not.

If you subscribed to adopte via our Android app, your subscription was purchased through the Play Store, a third- party payment platform managed by Google Play Store.
As a result, we cannot confirm whether your subscription has been canceled or not.

From our website
If you subscribed to adopte using a credit card or PayPal via our website adopte.app, you can cancel your subscription directly from our platform.
Once your subscription has been canceled, to check that the cancellation has been processed:
- Go to "account" by clicking on the three small dots ("
") located at the top right of the navigation bar, available from any page of the site
- Click on the "Deactivate" section
- Check that the message "The automatic renewal of my subscription was cancelled on dd/mm/yy" appears
You will also receive a confirmation email on your personal email address confirming the cancellation of your subscription.
