In accordance with Article 4.2.3. of our Terms of Service: "Any request to cancel a paid Service purchased via the App must be addressed directly to Apple Inc. and/or Google LLC. and will be processed in accordance with their terms and conditions. The User must make the request from their smartphone via the App Store and/or Google Play Store and follow the procedures imposed by Apple Inc. and/or Google LLC."

In accordance with Article 4.2.3. of our Terms of Service: "The contract for the purchase of a Product is a contract that is fully executed upon confirmation of payment. Consequently, the User expressly waives their right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 4.4 hereof and the provisions of Article L.221-28 1° of the French Consumer Code."
Unfortunately, the purchase of Charms does not entitle you to a withdrawal period.
