From our website
In accordance with Article 4.4 of our Terms of Service, you can obtain a refund for your subscription upon request within 14 days of subscription.
Please note, however, that if you use any paid Services (sending a charm, sending a message, using a Product, etc.) during this period, you acknowledge that the contract is considered to have been fully performed, and you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.
If your request complies with these Terms of Service, it must be made by email using our contact form, selecting "I need help with a payment or my subscription" and then "I want to request a refund."
We also remind you that, as specified in our Terms of Service, on the payment page and in the order confirmation email, your subscription is automatically renewed at the end of its initial commitment period.
However, automatic renewal of a subscription does not constitute a purchase or the conclusion of a new contract, and is therefore non-refundable.
For more information, please refer directly to our Terms of Service, in particular section 4.2.2.2 titled Automatic Renewal and Termination of Subscription.
