If you subscribed to adopte using a credit card or PayPal via our website (even if you use our iPhone or Android app), you can change or delete your bank details.
To change your bank details
- Log in to your account at adopte.app
- Go to "Account" by clicking on the three small dots "
" located at the top right of the navigation bar, available from any page of the site
- Change or delete your bank details from "My Account," "My Bank Details."
To delete your bank details
If you wish to delete your bank details, you must first cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription:
- Log in to your account at adopte.app
- Click on the three small dots "
" at the top right of the navigation bar, from any page of the site
- Click on "account" in the menu that appears
- Then click on the "DISABLE" section
- Check the box "I cancel the automatic renewal of my subscription," then click on the "YES" button
Please note: deactivating your account (by checking the box "I am deactivating my account") does not cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription.
- The message "The automatic renewal of my subscription has been canceled on xx/xx/xx" appears, and a confirmation email is sent to your email address
However, if you have taken out a 6-month subscription payable in two monthly installments, you will not be able to delete your bank details until your subscription has been paid in full.
