• You subscribed to our service via our website: please contact your bank directly to cancel the transaction.

In accordance with Article 3.1 of our Terms of Service: "If there is no activity or reconnection to the Account for a period of one (1) year or more, the Account will be considered inactive and will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy."
