You are having trouble changing the email address associated with your adopte account. There may be several reasons why you are unable to do this:
1. Email address already in use
If the email address you wish to use is already associated with another account, the change will not be possible. You will receive a message indicating that your email address is already in use or invalid.
If this is the case:
- Log in to your existing account by entering your login details on the website or app homepage.
(If you have forgotten your password, please reset it by clicking on "Forgot your password?") - Once you are logged in to your profile, please request the permanent deletion of your account by following one of the procedures below:

- Go to the "My Profile" section
- Access your account settings by tapping the gear icon
- Tap the "Help and assistance" button and then "delete my account"
From our Android app
- Go to the "My Profile" section
- Access your account settings by tapping the gear icon
- Tap the "Help and assistance" button and then "delete my account"
From our website
- Submit your unsubscription request from the "Have a problem?" service, under the "Unsubscribe" category
- Send your unsubscription request
2. Email address rejected
You are trying to enter an email address from a provider that is not accepted on our platform. To resolve this issue, please enter an address from another provider.
3. Error in the form
Make sure that all fields in the modification form are filled in correctly.
