In accordance with our Terms of Service, we remind you that if you initially subscribed via the iPhone app, Apple Inc. is solely responsible for the payment process, in which adopte is unable to intervene.

However, if the subscription you have taken out no longer suits you, we recommend that you cancel the automatic renewal by following this procedure and subscribe to a subscription that better suits your needs.

- Once logged into your account, go to the Store (click here)
- Click on "SUBSCRIPTIONS"
- Select the subscription plan you wish to switch to, then click on the "CONTINUE" button
- The details of your additional payment will be displayed at the top of your screen.
- Enter your payment information, then click on the "PAY" button (the additional amount will be displayed automatically)
- Follow the steps in the payment process
Important: We remind you that changes to an active subscription can only be made to upgrade the subscription. For more information on how your additional payment will be calculated, please refer to section 4.2.2.1 of our Terms of Service (titled "Upgrades and Subscription Upgrades").
