I received an email from "Suspicious login." Why?

We regularly monitor login attempts to your account to ensure that only you can access it.

When our system detects an unusual login attempt, such as from a new location, it sends you a warning email. This email is a security measure to verify that it is indeed you.

What should you do if you receive this email?

  1. If you initiated this login attempt: you can ignore this email. However, we recommend that you check that the device you are using is secure
  2. If you did not initiate this attempt: it is important to secure your account immediately by following the steps below

Secure your account from our iPhone app:

To change your email address:

  1. ​Go to the "My Profile" page by tapping the bonhomme.png button at the bottom right of the screen, then tap the icone_roue.png button at the top
  2. Tap your current email address, and a window will open in the middle of your screen
  3. Tap your current email address and replace it with the new address you want to associate with your account
  4. Tap the "CONFIRM" button

To change your password:

  1. ​Go to the "My Profile" page by tapping the bonhomme.png button at the bottom right of the screen, then tap the icone_roue.png button at the top
  2. Tap the "Change my password" field, and a window will open in the middle of your screen
  3. Enter your current password, then enter the new password you have chosen
  4. Confirm

Note: Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least 1 capital letter and 1 number.

  2. Enter your new email address in the "Email address" field
  3. Click on the "CONFIRM" button

To change your password:

  1. Go to the "account" section by clicking on the three small dots "points.png" at the top right of the navigation bar available on any page of the site
  2. Enter your new password in the "New password" field
  3. Re-enter the password you have chosen in the "Confirm password" field
  4. Click on the "SUBMIT" button
