2. Cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription

If you subscribed to adopte using a credit card or PayPal via our website, even if you are using our iPhone or Android app, you will not be able to cancel your subscription without logging into your account.

3. Create a new account
Once your old account has been secured, you can create a new account. We will transfer the remaining period of your current subscription.

- Choose a complex and unique password with 8 characters, including 1 capital letter and 1 number
