If you can no longer find your account on our platform, it may have been deleted for various reasons:
1. Deletion by you:
If you requested the deletion of your account, please note that this is a permanent and irreversible action. It is not possible to reactivate a deleted account.
Please check your inbox for an email confirming that your account has been deleted.
2. Prolonged inactivity:
After a period of inactivity of one year or more, your account will be considered inactive and will therefore be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
In this case, we invite you to create a new account from the homepage of the Website or the application.
3. Failure to comply with our Terms of Service:
Your account has been suspended for violating our Terms of Service or for suspicious activity. If we do not hear from you within 3 months, your account will be deleted by our moderation team.
