Password requirements:
Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least 1 capital letter and 1 number.
If you do not receive the reset email:
Check the following folders in your email account:
- Gmail: Primary inbox (All messages), Promotions, or Spam
- Outlook, Hotmail, Live: Priority Inbox, Other or Junk Email
- Yahoo: Inbox or Spam
