Select the subject "I need help with an adopte feature" and then choose the feature concerned. In order to respond accurately to your request, please provide us with the following information:
If you use our app:
- Your phone model
- The version of your operating system
- The version of the app installed on your phone
- Your user ID (series of numbers starting with 1 or 2 found on each profile)
- A detailed description (scenario) of the problem encountered and/or the error message displayed
- Screenshots
Once the problem has been identified, our technical team will do everything possible to fix it.
