Push notifications are only displayed when the adopte app is open but not actively being used on your phone.
If you are logged out of the app, you will not receive push notifications.
To receive push notifications on your phone, you must first check that you have enabled notifications for the adopte platform in your device settings.
How to enable notifications on your device?
On iPhone
- Go to your phone's Settings
- Tap "Notifications"
- Tap the adopte app, then tap "Allow Notifications"
On Android
- Go to your phone's Settings
- Tap "Notifications"
- Tap "App notifications"
- Enable notifications from the adopte platform
How to enable notifications from our app?
- Go to the "My Profile" page by tapping the
icon at the bottom right
- Tap the
button to access the "My Account" page
- Check the events for which you would like to receive alerts
