The labels "read," "replied," or "new" are intended for you and do not refer to the actions of your correspondent.
- The "read" label means that you have read the message sent by your correspondent.
- The "new" label means that you have not yet read the message you received.
- The "replied" label means that you have already replied to this message.
These labels are not visible to your correspondent.

Unsent messages are indicated by an exclamation mark circled under the unsent message. This is usually due to a connection problem.
