You can request a copy of your personal data (this is your "right of access"). You can also request this data in a format that you can easily transfer to another service (this is your "right to data portability").
We therefore offer you the option of downloading your personal data from our website only, even if you use our iPhone or Android app:
- Log in to your account at adopte.app
- Click on the three small dots "
" at the top right of the navigation bar, from any page of the site
- Click on "account" in the menu that appears
- Then click on the "MY PERSONAL DATA" section, then click on the "DOWNLOAD" button
- To secure access to your file, you will be asked for your password: enter it and click on the "VALIDATE" button
- The file containing your personal data will be downloaded in ZIP format
